Abstract

The rights of every human being are guaranteed by International human rights law and provide having equal possibilities in the right to life and liberty, freedom, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more. Persons with disabilities are entitled to exercise their civil, political, social, economic and cultural rights on an equal basis with others. This paper formalizes the process of creating an information architecture for a specific issue that enables users with disabilities to realize their right to educate about their health on an equal basis with every other person. User interface for e-learning platform for users with disability is designed in this research and the whole process of information architecture design is analyzed.
