Abstract

The agreement represents the consent of the will of two or more natural or legal persons, aimed at the occurrence, alteration or termination of a particular legal relationship. Contracts appear as legal facts because they have arisen as a consequence of an appropriate consent of the will of the contracting parties. The main point of a contract under the Obligations Act is: The contract creates rights and obligations for the contracting parties. If this is transferred in another terminological manner, Agreements are a legal instrument that enables the smooth and normal conduct of the commodity as well as the property transactions. Therefore, it is of particular importance to specify the conditions for their full validity.
