Abstract

In this paper we develop the constitutional judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina with its specifics. Namely, besides the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the entity Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska Constitutional Court also operate in the country. The reason why the constitutional judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina became the object of our interest is the fact that it is a specific situation because it has two entity and one state constitutional court. This type of organization is not typical of any of the countries that emerged from the former Yugoslavia. It is for these reasons that we will be subject to our interest in terms of their subject matter and eventual conflict of interests.
