Abstract

The international agreement on investments in the legal systems is also known as
the Contract for the delivery of investment equipment. Due to its scope and importance, it is a particularly serious activity in the part of International Trading,
which is regulated by the provisions of the European Economic Commission at the
UN.
According to international and national regulations, a written form is provided for
its validity as a compulsory way of concluding the contract. Typical clauses, adopted by the European Economic Commission, the UNCITRAL Working Group, and the Congress of the International Chamber of Commerce play an important role for this type of contracts.
According to the law of the Republic of Macedonia this type of contracts is regulated by the Law on Obligatory Relations (Construction Contract) and the Law
on Construction of Investment Facilities.
