Abstract

One of the most challenging and important problems in robot programming is cognitive robot mapping. To solve this problem it is necessary to define and detect problem space. This means to find a complete set of possible states, generated by exploring all the possible states or moves, which may, or not lead from a given start state to supposed goal state. This paper has a goal to investigate the possibilities of use Genetic algorithms as an effective technique of analyzing the problem space and exploring the space of possible solutions.
