Abstract

The family businesses are the "source of energy" of the society in which they work and are heavily involved in identifying market needs. With their developing, they strive to meet the needs of the market, reaffirming the work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit that are set as the basis of their performance.

If we want to understand the operation of the family business, we have to rely on the knowledge and assessments of the economy, enterprise and family, and business owners.

All this, of course, makes the analysis more complicated. If we take into account the fact that, in the initial years of development of the family business, the family benefit from that overlap principles and way of thinking as far as family businesses. In the later stages of the development of family businesses, such overlapping principles and way of thinking leads to animosity between members of the family who are active in the management, and these findings very negative impact on the functioning and operation of family businesses.

One of the aims of this paper is to point out the importance of the family business and to give true meaning and place in the new social and political life and economic system of our country. Through the elaboration of the possibilities for the development of family businesses should boost the confidence of young people in the opportunities offered by this category of businesses in achieving their ambitions.
