Abstract : In this paper we propose a procedure for discrete wavelet transform coefficients estimation on the images with missing samples. This procedure extends application of multiresolutionally based algorithm for non-uniformly sampled signal reconstruction. Estimation efficiency is tested on proprietary chosen images and results are presented graphically.
Keywords – Discrete wavelet transform, missing samples.

Abstract : Most applications today are designed to be networked. It is natural that such applications operate on some data. Such applications are multi threaded by nature and it is a common situation when few clients are using the same application at the same time. So it is possible that those users operate with the same data. It is possible that in such an operation some data might be treated incorrectly or some client instance may operate on outdated data. In order to avoid such situations proper consistent testing should be performed. Therefore it is complicated to perform such testing manually. Automated tool which would help to solve this problem is wanted. In this paper we are presenting an automated testing method that is able to detect problems related to resource racing conditions in a distributed system.
Keywords – Distributed systems, resource racing conditions, automated testing.

Abstract : Throughout this article there is an attempt to indicate the threats of potential to breach of personal security through applicative use of internet as well as applicative use of online social networks. In addition to many other ways of privacy protection applicative users of social network’s sites must take into considerations the risk of distributing private data. Through a series of actions and settings users can customize the security settings with the ultimate goal of reducing the risk of attack on their privacy.

Abstract : This paper deals with investigation of safety for lightning protection of high structures. It has been also put forth that rolling – sphere method have advantageous and disadvantageous of have been analysed. Designing an air-termination system has shown that the graphical method of the "rolling sphere" is a powerful analysis in studying globally the interactions both among the structures on the roof of the same object and among the structures of surrounding technological installations, and constructions.

Abstract : Work together more cooling source (refrigeration machines) the system of centralized supply cooling energy ( SCSCE ) is a way to achieve cost-effective operation and safe and rational supply consumption area with cool water for central cooling and air conditioning . Maximum energy needs cold water occurs rarely , because the extremely high temperatures occur rarely . Therefore , the total cooling load is divided into basic and peak . One of the main characteristics that define the justification of the use of coupled processes and sizes hourly coefficient centralized supply of cold water, temperature regime , or hour coefficient district cooling . Determination of Optimal hour coefficient district cooling is one of the most techno economic tasks at the design of the system of centralized supply cold water for air conditioning and industrial building social housing and business districts .

Abstract : The purpose of this article is to present an innovative approach to monitor and control working time. A special software program is developed by Delphi implementing Skype API functions. This article shows three different approaches to control working time using the Skype_API program. It automatically detects when an employee goes to his working place and when he leaves work. Moreover it can check periodically weather an employee is at work. The proposed ideas are written for the first time. They may be applied easily in many enterprises with very low costs.

Abstract : In this study, the effects of case-based learning (CBL) and learning styles on the achievement and attitude of students towards an occupational health and safety (OHS) course are investigated experimentally. A total of 50 students in their first year at the electrical education department at Kocaeli University participated in this research. The students were split into two equal groups according to their scores in the central university entrance exam conducted every year by the high education consul in Turkey. The students were assigned to the control and experimental groups randomly. The control group students processed the OHS course materials using the traditional methods, while the experimental group students processed them through the CBL method in the environments developed by the authors regarding to their learning styles. According to the results of the analysis, the CBL method based on learning styles applied to the experimental group students is significantly effective in increasing students’ success in the OHS course. The findings also show that for OHS training, the CBL method based on learning styles, which has not been applied in previous studies, has a great effect on the students’ performance compared to the traditional teaching methods.
Keywords - Case-based learning, learning styles, occupational health and safety.
