Abstract

Abstract
This paper indicates how the Energy Audit can serve the investor as a basis for their own investment
decisions, because it is an objective and qualified project assessment, including a qualified project
assessment, including a comparison of at least two variants of the project solution.
Abroad, the yield study is a more common basis for pre-investment assessment of PPP projects,
technical risks of the project are usually assessed as part of a subsequent technical detailed analysis of
the project. If the energy audit is well processed, it can completely replace the energy production study
and partially or completely technically detailed project analysis.
Energy audit is a formally defined set of actions that lead to the identification of energy saving
potential or energy gain.
Key words: Photovoltaic Power Plant - PPP, energy audit, project.
