Abstract

To emphasize the importance of marketing in modern working conditions, it is not necessary. However, the rapid development of marketing techniques and its importance are not the development of correlated measures for financial operation was adequately followed. Such development inevitably leads to situations where it is difficult to carry out an appropriate validation of the results from the utilization of the resources allocated to marketing. The result is that it is difficult to manage fully and appropriately the activities and projects that are carried out within marketing in a way to maximize the overall financial performance of the companies. It is therefore necessary to model the management with the marketing accounting and to put it in relation to the strategic management accounting. Modeling marketing managerial marketing must start from the roles that marketing strategy has in the company's strategy and its elements from those who need to follow the financial results achieved. For this reason, within this dissertation, the impact of marketing performances on the organizational performance of the hotels in order to encourage hotels in Kosovo, to see more attention to marketing and to measure its effects, will be examined, with the ultimate aim of have better performance and competitive advantage in the struggle with their competitors
