Abstract
The fiscal policy of a country is a segment of its business. By means of this policy, they perform all the capital investments in the country, help the social sector and
make calculations of all the costs of the country. When planning the budget they plan and make calculations about all revenues and expenditures that a country makes in the current or the next fiscal year. Regarding fiscal policy, the most important thing to pay attention to is “problems” as deficit, public debt, and debit abroad, which can have negative impact on functioning of the country. Suitable elements can be balance of the budget, rebalance
of the budget, stabilization of public debt or budget surplus, which have positive impact on the economy of the country. Customs procedures with economic effects are factors in the functioning of foreign trade. Modern economies are open and mutually connected.
Small economies are necessarily open if they are interested in economic prosperity. Thus, analyzing the fiscal impact it is important to regard the fact that every national economy
is a part of world economy. Therefore, in order to achieve economic prosperity, small and open economies should focus on import, and especially on export. In order Acceleration
and simplification of customs procedures as an important segment is imperative. These customs procedures will have direct influence on increase of import and export as well as
on the eventual improvement of overall economic performance.
