Abstract

Urban zoning is an integral part of spatial and urban planning, and represents the division of the
territory covered by the plan into different functional zones, each of which has a special purpose.[1] The city of
Bitola is divided into 12 main zones, and each main zone is divided into additional traffic zones, in order to
clean the land, we have 41 traffic zones. The collection of data for the sixteen defined attributes was done by
traffic zones, but due to the specificities of the software tool, those data were summarized and entered into the
corresponding main zones.
