Abstract

Abstract –We are witnessing fast technological development in all spheres of production. KPIs can be defined as a set of strategic measurements that reflect critical success factors. Indicators are the precursors to future success, and other indicators show how successful the organization has been in achieving results in the past. Besides KPI’s, FMEA is focused on troubleshooting, improving security, and increasing customer satisfaction.
