Abstract

The process of tobacco purchasing is very complicated because of much necessary operation with suppliers of oriental tobacco and the necessary documentation. Also, it is very important to reduce discarded materials in production processes. All these facts indicate that it is very important to automate the process of oriental tobacco purchasing and suitable processes. Conditions are very inconvenient because of low temperature and high relative humidity and for these reasons we must plan industrial hardware. There are many acquisitions of implementation of this project:
· Reducing of administrative and professional staff in the purchasing process;
· High labor automation and dedicated specialists with possibility to concentrate on tobacco appreciation;
· The responsibility for acquisition and saving data is done to a server and data can be accessed immediately, o-line;
· The TKP private properties is save because 100% of balls control.
· The suitable system in the ISO 9000 principles is reestablish;
· The energy costs are low, so all human labor substitute gives savings.
· Analysis and Management information systems are automated, so we don’t use extra time for making same managers reports
The project started in TKP 2003, and we made automation and improved Tobacco purchasing process in Prilep. But, we have another operation for automation, first distant Tobacco purchasing halls automation, implementation of scanners in Seasonal fermentation department, automation of Tonga balls production, measurement and labeling and Final processes department automation.
