Abstract

Every enterprise during its live endures an impact of various risks, like any individual. A risk is a category which indicates danger imperil because of some activity. It is a probability for some danger come out. There are various kinds of risks which may be a result of economic or non economic impact, and from objective or subjective provocative. During the period of hotel working ant its relations with external stakeholders, a great number of those risks come out.
Starting with the previous mentioned, this paper will elaborate the character of a risk derivate from incorrect plans decisions about hotel products and possible manners for theirs deduction. In that sense, special attention will be put on forecasting as a quality prerogative for doubt decrease and in the same time the deduction of the risk connected with ineffective planning decisions for hotel supply.
