Changed conditions of the global market demand changed employability skills and changed higher education activities for developing needed transferable competences. Foreign language and intercultural skills are one part of the necessary range of skills and competences of all graduates. But - almost the whole range of needed skills and key competences can be trained in foreign language courses for students of all disciplines through incorporated research projects by students. Through such projects of cooperation between students, employers, higher education institutes and different subject courses and a combination of need research, work placement, personal practical experience and implementation in course can be achieved most today's market and European higher education competence achievement demands.
