The foreign-trade cooperation, especially the export dynamics is a very important presumption in order to involve the economy in the worldwide economic and trade movements.The instrument for implementing the foreign-trade cooperation is the sale agreement. The central
part within the sale agreement is the object of sales. For the agreement to impose any legal power, the object of sales must fulfill a certain conditions. In other words, it must be legally possible,legally acceptable and legally defined. Besides, the agreement has a legal authority even in the case when the objects of sales are future objects. Thus, the main goal in this article is the legal consequences as a result of the sales of someone else’s objects.
