The measuring of the strategic performances is one of the key roles towards transformation of the business strategy into outcomes, principally in today's dotcom era. The measuring of the business performances should be perform to the individuals, manufacturers, teams, business community, corporations or any others type of organization. In this paper is going to be present the conceptual framework of BSC methodology for measuring e-business strategy performances.
