Abstract
Abstract
In the modern business environment, logistics represents a strategic element that directly affects efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction, particularly in e-commerce. The paper analyses the possibility of logistics outsourcing between the Chinese e-commerce platform Temu and the macedonian logistics company ELS–Skopje. By reviewing the theoretical background of logistics outsourcing and examining the operational potential of both companies, the paper identifies the main advantages, challenges, and prospects of such collaboration. The findings show that strategic partnerships between global online platforms and local logistics providers can significantly enhance delivery performance, reduce costs, and strengthen the role of domestic firms in international supply chains. The study concludes that logistics outsourcing is an effective strategy for entering new markets while fostering technological and operational development in local economies.
