The paper will offer an interdisciplinary and critical understanding, analysis of Hybrid Warfare as a new form of warfare and as the content of the Modern Security Concept.
The modern global environment is in the process of profound transformation. This transformation is shaped by the spread of globalization and new technologies and by the emergence of new models of conflict and cooperation between state and non-state actors. The use of information weapons, cyberspace, and psychological tools, in combination with conventional weapons of warfare, are becoming the main features of modern warfare.
In the final part of the paper, the author concludes that today hybrid warfare is becoming the dominant discourse of contemporary security and defense strategies;
The European Union is developing a hybrid toolbox to ensure a coordinated and well-informed response to hybrid threats and campaigns;
The content will be created based on the analysis of foreign literature and using electronic content.
Methods: When preparing the paper, the author uses general methods, including descriptive, normative, comparative, and content analysis methods.
