Abstract

The civil procedural law stood out as an independent scientific discipline because it
gained a special place and function in the legal system. This position of the civil procedural law was gained through the specific role of the law schools of civil and procedural law which offered various solutions that connected civil procedural law with philosophical approaches towards the study of law.
Precisely because of this, the subject of analysis of this paper is finding the place of civil procedural law in the legal system through the prism of different philosophical approaches towards the study of law
