Abstract

The role of the media in society is indisputable. Freedom of information is a mirror of democracy. And
the rule of law require respect for human rights and freedoms, including the presumption of innocence. Hence the
need to find legal solutions and practical mechanisms, which will guarantee the right to information about judiciary
and will pay attention to the rights of the parties. This is pronounced in the Balkan countries, where there is a
disproportion between laws and their application, calling into question human integrity and the rule of law.
