Abstract

Exploitation of cogeneration units in urban centers is limited to ecological criteria and the
possibilities for fueling.
In central heating systems are systems that have low effective in the transformation of energy and
they have certain limitations in the use of environmentally friendly fuels. These limiting conditions can be overcome in the case of combined use of these systems significantly improve the energy performance
of the two systems.
In this paper we present and analyze the energy performance of cogeneration units and central
heating systems in the case of joint production of several types of energy.
