Abstract
phytoconstituents show that the dry leaves of Cotinus coggygria are rich in total phenols, total flavonoids, rutin and tannins. Solid–liquid extraction was carried out by 50% aqueous ethanol for 120 min, which gave concentration of total polyphenols and the findings of our present results are within good agreement with the other workers.
