Abstract
The modern approach to integrated management systems brought the industrial systems to a situation where the continuous improvements of the ergonomically conditions and the continuous usage of the so-called best practice benchmarking in the industrial system, resulted with a reduced number of injured people. On the other hand documented procedures, work instructions and assessment on the risk on direct work places, lead to work places with significant reduced risks. The basic aim of the paper is to represent a different view and approach to the OSHAS 18001 in direct systems.
