Abstract

Security risks have become, today, so to speak, essential
security science study paradigm. there's been a shift in the concept of risk from neutral to the security concept in Republic of Macedonia, and the second, that there was a change in the structure of
the risks from external to manufactured, that is, that manufactured risks are more present than external ones. The purpose of such set hypotheses was to see if there was an impact on these two changes in the nature and structure of the risks reflected on Macedonian society, perceived through the opinions and attitudes of
representatives of the security institutions.
Key words: character of risks, neutral risks, security risks, Republic of Macedonia, manufactured and external risks
