Abstract

The great progress and development of enterprises, the creation of multinational companies, international trade caused the creation of a harmonized and standardized financial reports. Of course, a few decades ago this economic internationalization was not even conceivable. Today, numerous associations with the adoption and implementation of international accounting standards create a unified accounting - information system is a global informer. In this way, we get quality standardized financial statements. In this context in this paper we want to emphasize the importance of acceptance and implementation of international accounting standards in order to eliminate barriers of state, customs, tax and language form and providing better financial reporting. This is a universal accounting - financial language which people from different areas can communicate in an easier way. These forms of unified data layout can internationalize the positive trend of accounting standards. What is fact that financial reporting based on these standards is the surest basis for quality assessment of business decisions.
