Abstract

In order to be confirmed if technological changes have impac
t on human capital and how it is affected
pilot research has been made. So, it is assumed that technol
ogical changes have a certain influence on
human capital, mainly in a form of caused stress, which is
expressed during the work. On the other hand,
stress influences the work efficiency and decreases thei
r productivity. so, the main subject which will be
researched in this research study is influence of technologi
cal changes on human capital, mainly in a form
of stress and if the stress generally changes companies productiv
ity and how it is made. The research
ought to give answers on several important issues, on the bas
es of findings more conclusions could be
confirmed, that will justified the realization of this re
search. In that context causal – consequential
relations, among the influence of technological changes on human
capital distinguish, on one hand i.e. the
stress as result of the influence and on the other hand, its pr
ojection on employee’s efficiency. Primary
objective of this research is to confirm if technological change
s causes stress for employs and to what
extend the stress influences on their productivity.
