Abstract

The main objective of the paper is to evaluate the user satisfaction from the e-Government services (e-services), in order to improve their quality and level of acceptance. One of the key questions is whether to put more effort in the increasing of e-services use through: 1) improvement of the user satisfaction from the e-services, or to come to higher e-services penetration through their 2) mandatory use introduced into state’s laws and regulations. Another important objective of this research is to determine user e-services introduction.
