Abstract

The creative process is constantly present in everyday and creative life, but because of its complexity and multiple connections with the subconscious aspects of the human personality, it’s very inaccessible for research. The understanding of creativity can help in its usage because of the growth of the student’s creativity and work. Every human owns a different basic capacity for creative ability, but not everyone succeeds in realizing it to develop that creativity. The environment is one of the important factors in the development of the student’s creativity. The school should be a stimulative environment in which it will be stimulated the development of the abilities included in the creative activity through students’ engagement in different activities. This especially refers to the talented and gifted students who should be in the school’s focus as one of the most important factors for support and development of the talent, stimulation, and motivation for their own potential development. The school is expected to develop a system of measures to ensure the satisfaction of the specific educational needs of talented and gifted students. The teachers are expected to accept these students with all of their distinctions and be prepared for their education. With this type of attitude, it can be provided correct development and manifestation of the student’s talent and gift.
