Abstract

Privatization in safety represents a widely accepted trend worldwide. The private security sector is not a competition to the state and its security, but is an expression of the community’s needs, private equity and an expression of the needs of all citizens to the same in cooperation with state institutions contribute to general safety a higher level in the interest of all. Within the labor author will analyze the need for privatization of security and give some determinations of private security. Furthermore the author will determine the specifics of the legal regulation of private security in certain EU countries. The last part of the paper will be a legal review, review and terms of legal regulation of the private security sector in the country, and especially to be developed forms of security provided by the new Law on Private Security and objectives of physical security and technical provision by private security agencies. In conclusion the author would conclude the justification for the existence and further development of the private security sector and establishes measures and activities for the promotion of private security in the country. Subject of research is the identification, definition and analysis of the need for privatization of security and the definition and analysis of private security in the country. The purpose of this paper is to approach the importance of private security and private security to the professional and scientific community.
