Abstract

Abstract: Application of digital technologies in all aspects of society and the changes that have occurred with this application, have enabled the development of the information society. This application should further focus on making greater use of the potential of digital technologies to increase labor efficiency, economic growth, employment and raise of the life quality standard. Also, new digital technologies in the future will contribute to the emergence of many new business models and jobs. For example, today digital technologies change the structure of the required job profiles and knowledge workers are increasingly in demand. Digitalization affects all and allows everyone to participate in it if they are able to adapt to the new digital environment. Therefore, it should be noted that countries, companies and people will have to face the challenges posed by digital technologies in the period that follows in order to be able to maintain their national, company and individual competitiveness. On the other hand, certain negative consequences should be taken into account, such as social alienation for example.
