Abstract

In this paper is presented a methodology for joint modeling on carrying construction of working organ of rotating excavator. The paper is shown real model on most loaded truss joint with overall complicity and mathematical model with the introduce simplicity, with purpose the analysis to be enable for work on computer with use of proper program packet. The mathematical model takes all characteristics of geometrical performance of the truss joint, with introduce methodology who aloud the characteristics of real model be implement in the mathematical model. Purpose of the mathematical model of the truss joint is local analysis of deformity-stressed condition of the joint steel plate under the outside loadings. For this purpose is made methodology for modeling on loadings. Static loading when the excavator is out of work and dynamical characteristics for working regime of the excavator.
