Abstract

Technology is constantly changing both teachers and students life’s inside and outside of the classroom. The Republic of Macedonia is proving to be a regional leader when it comes to technology adoption in the classroom. This is complimented with the rapid growth of the internet and the pallet of web services. Having a combination of the newest technology devices and the offered internet web services can act as a tool to better the education process. When taking a course and having all the lectures and additional assignments, the exams are still proving to be the best indicators of how well a certain student has mastered the material. There is a multitude of software’s whose main purpose is to test the knowledge of the students. But integrating a service for digital notes that can serve as a knowledge base, a service that can store and synchronize data between multiple devices, and a service that can inform students using various notifications can modernize and simplify the educating process both from academic and from an administrative stand point. This paper concentrates on a system that can simulate and complete exams with implementing the Web 2.0 services such as Twitter, Evernote and Dropbox. The aforementioned services are multiplatform and can be used on multiple devices which affects the benefits they offer regarding the period before, at the time and after lectures and the overall user experience.
