Abstract

The traditional approach by which the safety and health at work were considered as additional expense slowly is being replaced by the reproach to the health of the employees their work safety and well being as constituent part of the economic situation and organizational development of business entities. The purpose of this article is by economical analyze is possible to develop a healthy and safe working environment for the benefit of employees and the profit of business entities.The managers and those who are constantly involved in the process of bringing business decisions in Republic of Macedonia should understand this as challenge through developing more safety of working environment and creating more productive working places.
