Abstract

Sport violence is a problem that have been known for a long time, but in these last years it became part of number of campaigns for its suppression and prevention. And it started as a train without brakes, one law after another, first Croatia, then Serbia and Macedonia. The primary versions of those laws were supplemented a few times, each time becoming more severe. The paper examines the paradox in sport events, the UEFA reactions and the permanent decrease of sport fans are just some of the problems of Balkan football, as problems which are an obvious obstacle of reducing of sport violence. Key words: fans, football, prevention, sport violence, suppression.
